Mushrooms are everywhere these days. They are in our coffee, supplements, desserts, and can be squeezed into almost anything imaginable. Why do you ask? Mushrooms are an often overlooked healing super food. They support cognitive function, adrenal hormones, gut health, and blood sugar regulation. Of course, the kind of mushroom you consume matters, and we recommend mushroom consumption twice per week. There is such a thing as “too much of a good thing”, and mushrooms are a fungus after all. 1 pint of organic cremini mushrooms
5 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp dried rosemary (or fresh)
½ tsp Celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp avocado oil (optional)
Juice of ½ organic lemon
