Recipe: Corn-free Corn Bread
While I don’t recommend eating corn or corn products to any of the Molly Rose Health clients, I do understand that they can be absolutely delicious, soul warming comfort foods. . Traditional corn breads are loaded with inflammatory foods like butter, milk, cream, sugar, canola oil and not to mention the worst of them all: corn.

Holiday Apple Crumble
Almost all of my memories about Thanksgiving involve some decadent dessert to finish off a beautiful meal. Interestingly enough, almost all of my early thanksgiving memories end in that feeling of being overly full, stuffed, and bloated. Yikes. Luckily, I have figured out a way to have my pie, eat it too, and feel great afterwards!

Recipe: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Blondies
One of our favorite things about the holidays is the opportunity to create festive meals and treats in the kitchen. We know that it can be stressful to try and maneuver various food sensitives, allergies, and restrictions at holiday gatherings, and our hope is that you get some relief and joy from our – gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, refined sugar free, nut free recipes ☺ Don’t be fooled by all of the things these little treats are not, because they ARE so tasty and ridiculously gut friendly (hello prebiotics!). This recipe was inspired by one of our beloved client’s birthday cakes. We hope you enjoy them!

Mac & No Cheese
One of my favorite things about holistic health, is that it emphasizes every part of our being. Mind, body, and soul. This is why food should not only be nourishing, healing, detoxifying and delicious – but it should also speak to your soul. Healthy renditions of childhood favorites are a great way to do all of this. One of my personal childhood favorites is Macaroni & Cheese.

What’s Causing Your Migraines?
A migraine is the number one cause of disability in the world and is defined as a brain disorder that involves a number of abnormal neuronal networks that interact at numerous levels of the nervous system [R]. That sounds pretty complex and rather scary, doesn’t it? And we often downplay migraines because they´re “normal” and everybody gets them. While they are common, it's important to understand what causes them and therefore, how we can possibly prevent such debilitating times. Unfortunately, most migraines are labelled as having no identifiable underlying cause, but there are certainly some pathophysiological occurrences that have been shown to trigger the onset of a migraine.
