Mac & No Cheese
One of my favorite things about holistic health, is that it emphasizes every part of our being. Mind, body, and soul. This is why food should not only be nourishing, healing, detoxifying and delicious – but it should also speak to your soul. Healthy renditions of childhood favorites are a great way to do all of this. One of my personal childhood favorites is Macaroni & Cheese.

What’s Causing Your Migraines?
A migraine is the number one cause of disability in the world and is defined as a brain disorder that involves a number of abnormal neuronal networks that interact at numerous levels of the nervous system [R]. If you have anyone at home who you have to coerce into eating their greens, or you yourself need to make it a bit more interesting while also keeping it anti-inflammatory and protein packed - try my crowd pleasing Plant Protein Caesar Dressing below.
